We recognize that there have been several changes in our Adult Services administrative team.
We hope this “Who’s Who” directory helps to clarify points of contact for you.
Communicating with family members is important to us and we look forward to working with
you so that together we can make a positive impact on the quality of life of the individuals we serve!

Sean is the Director of Adult Services and is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the Adult Residential and Day Programs. Sean began his career at Anderson in 1998 as a Direct Support Professional. He has also held positions as Residence Manager and Coordinator of Residential Services. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from Oswego State University.

Emily is the Assistant Director of Adult Residential Services and has oversight of the Adult Residential Coordinators.  Emily began her career at Anderson in 2008 as a Direct Support Professional. Through the years she also held positions as Shift Supervisor and Residence Manager. Emily holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from SUNY New Paltz and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Marist College.

Kate is the Assistant Director of Adult Day Services, providing oversight of the Adult Day Program.  Kate began her career at Anderson in 2009 as a Teacher’s Aide. Through the years, she has held positions of Shift Supervisor, Special Education Teacher, and Program Specialist. Kate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Disorders from SUNY New Paltz and a Master’s degree in Students with Disabilities and Childhood Education from Mercy College.

Sophia is the Adult Behavior Services Supervisor and has oversight of the Behavior Analysts and Behavior Specialists in Adult Services. Sophia began her career at Anderson in 2018 as a Residential Behavior Specialist in the Children’s Program. She has also held positions in Adult Services as Behavior Specialist and Senior Behavior Analyst.  Sophia holds Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Music from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts and a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Northeastern University. After completing her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis, Sophia earned her BCBA and became a NY Licensed Behavior Analyst.

Terryann is a Coordinator of Adult Residential services. She oversees six adult residences. Terryann began her career at Anderson in 2011 as a Direct Support Professional at one of our adult residences and in 2015 became a Residence Manager. She was promoted to Coordinator in 2019. Terryann has a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Biology and a Masters in Justice and Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Tony is a Coordinator of Adult Residential Services and he has oversight of five adult residences. Tony began his career at Anderson in 2013 as a Direct Support Professional. In 2014 he was the recipient of Anderson’s Direct Support Professional of the Year in Adult Services.  He subsequently held the position of Residence Manager before becoming a Coordinator. Prior to his time at Anderson, Tony studied Vocal Performance at The Mannes School of Music and is currently working towards finishing his Bachelor’s degree in International Relations at Empire State College.

Inga joined Anderson in August of 2015 as the Transition Coordinator in the Anderson Education Center.  She currently serves as Program Specialist in Adult Services, supporting program development, curriculum and instruction in the four Lifelong Learning centers.  Prior to joining Anderson, Inga worked for various educational non-profits as an educator and community outreach coordinator.  Most recently, she worked as the Director of the Staff Assistant Experience, a transition-to-independence program at Ramapo for Children in Rhinebeck, NY.  Inga holds a Bachelor’s degree from Hamilton College in Public Policy and Economics and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University.
