After serving 22 years as a detective with New York City’s finest, Jose began a new career at Anderson as the Operation Coordinator in 2014. With a love for construction and design, he took the opportunity to develop and promote a different approach towards facilities maintenance. As a hands on supervisor he worked closely with his staff in understanding the day to day challenges the team faces. His commitment and tenacity lead to a promotion in 2018 as a Facilities Manager then again 2020 becoming Chief Facilities Administrator.
He joined the International Facilities Managers Association earned his Facility Management Professional Certification. He continues to develop his skills, providing leadership to all five of his departments while taking an active role in overseeing construction and renovation projects throughout the Agency.
