Bill joined Anderson Center as the Chief Financial Officer in November 2024. His responsibilities include overseeing the organization’s budget, revenue streams, overseeing investment and financing strategies, and ensuring ongoing fiscal responsibility. Bill has earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from SUNY New Paltz and a Master’s of Business Administration in Public Administration from the University of Phoenix. In addition to his experience as CEO for Crystal Run Village, his career has included leadership positions at organizations such as Wraparound Services of the Hudson Valley, Inc., New Horizons Resources, Inc., and Arc of Mid-Hudson. He has also been a member of the Financial Management Association of Rehabilitation Facilities since 1992, for whom he held the role of president from 2002-2007. Bill was also a member of the Pine Bush School District Audit Committee from 2009-2021, which he chaired from 2019-2021.
