Athena began her career with Anderson Center for Autism in 2016 as an intern before securing a full-time position as Human Resources Assistant in Benefits. By 2018, she advanced to Benefits Coordinator; in 2022 she became Assistant Director, and in 2024, Angelucci was appointed Director of Human Resources. In her newest role as Chief Human Resources Officer, Angelucci will serve as a member of Anderson Center for Autism’s executive leadership team. She will also be responsible for all aspects of the Human Resources Department, including but not limited to employee relations, professional development initiatives, recruitment, hiring, training, coordination of benefits packages, and Anderson’s talent strategy for its roster of nearly 900 employees. Athena earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management (with a focus on Human Resources) from Marist College in 2016, and a Master’s of Business Adminstration from Mount Saint Mary College in 2019. She is also a graduate of the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce Executive Leadership Program. In her spare time Athena enjoys vacationing at the beach with her five children and husband, playing volleyball and hiking.
