Anderson Center for Autism’s director of Human Resources, Anne Jordan, has been promoted to the role of chief Human Resources officer.
Jordan, a Staatsburg resident, has been leading the Human Resources department for the past two years and Anderson’s talent strategy for its roster of nearly 900 employees. The promotion to chief Human Resources officer also lands Jordan a role as part of Anderson Center for Autism’s Executive Leadership Team.
Jordan, who obtained a master of library science degree from Southern Connecticut State University in 2014, is a graduate of Empire State College, with a bachelor of science degree in business management and economics in 2012 and an advanced certificate in human resource management in 2015. A certified professional with the Society of Human Resource Management, the newest member of Anderson’s leadership team also holds certification as a public librarian with the New York State Education Department. Jordan also completed an Executive Leadership Program sponsored by the Dutchess County Chamber Foundation.
Prior to Jordan’s roles as Anderson Center for Autism’s director of Human Resources (2020-2022) and assistant director of Human Resources (2017-2020), she was the employee relations coordinator (2015-2017) and professional assistant for Corporate Compliance (2009-2015). Before coming to Anderson, Jordan was the library director at Staatsburg Library.
