Anderson Center for Autism is opening a Community Center to support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families in the Capital Region. We are inviting parents, businesses, other stakeholders to engage in a conversation about the needs of the autism community in the Capital Region and how Anderson can best meet those needs.
Please join us for light hors d’oeuvres and great conversation!
Anderson
Center for Autism is hosting a Town Hall event on October 27, 2021 at The
Century House to meet with members of the Greater Capital Region
community. As Anderson Center for Autism expands our service impact into
this region with the planned opening of our Autism Community Center we
seek input from all constituents in the area to inform us about the needs
of the autism community in this area. We are inviting families,
professional service providers, medical professionals, school district
personnel, and Legislators from local to State levels. We expect the
evening to be a comfortable conversation during which representatives from
Anderson Center for Autism will provide information about the services
that we are already planning to provide starting in 2022, as well as a
more open-ended discussion about other areas of need that Anderson may be
able to address with the opening of this Autism Community Center.
Meet Dr.
Tina Covington, Chief Operating Officer and Eliza Bozenski, Chief
Development Officer and learn about Anderson Center for Autism and our
plans to bring expertise in ASD service provision to the Capital Region.
Light hors d’oeuvres will be served and a cash bar will be available.
