This weekend’s guest is Katherine Stavropolous, an Assistant professor in the graduate program for Special Education at University at California Riverside and the Assistant Director of the Search Center program. The Search Center is a free center where children and adults can receive a medical diagnosis of ASD. The Search Center also helps families access services, advocate for themselves, find school services, etc. They employ 7 PhD level graduate students and serve about 200 families every year.
