Students, alumni and community members invited to connect with top employers
POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. — APRIL 7, 2025 — Dutchess Community College will host its annual Career Fair on Wednesday, April 16, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Falcon Hall on the main campus in Poughkeepsie. The event is free and open to students, alumni and members of the community.
More than 60 employers from across the Hudson Valley and beyond are expected to attend, representing a wide range of industries and offering opportunities for jobs, internships, summer employment and volunteer work. Attendees will be able to network with hiring professionals, explore career paths, and learn about both immediate openings and long-term options.
Employers include: Abilities First, Inc., Anderson Center for Autism, Central Hudson Gas & Electric, Dutchess County Office of Human Resources, Ethan Allen Workforce Solutions, New York State Police, Peace Corps, Premier Medical Group, Wappingers Central School District, and many others. No registration is needed for students and job seekers to attend the fair, but professional attire is recommended. Parking is available for students and visitors in Lot D or E on the day of the fair.
